Top 3 Lunch Spots Near Authntk HQ

We surveyed the Authntk team and the results are in! Here are the 3 best lunch spots near the Authntk Headquarters…

1. Italian Disco

Our first lunch favorite is located in the same building as the Authntk offices, The Bagby Building. Italian Disco took over the old Bagby Pizza location, and stuck to the theme. They offer classic Italian food that takes you back in time with their funky, retro decor.

Authntk CEO, Jeremy Steinberg, highly recommends the Cobb Kale Salad with Grilled Chicken.

Italian Disco spins hits from the 70’s and 80’s Wednesday through Saturday nights, and they are a self-proclaimed Juventus bar!

YELP Review from Marc M.

“I love Italian disco!! The inside is so much fun with the cars on the walls and the old juke boxes! This is a great place to come for pasta or pizza or maybe a little bit of both!”

2. Taco Fiesta

A local favorite and the go-to Mex joint for anyone who frequents Harbor East, Taco Fiesta started in 1990 in Maryland. They buy fresh ingredients daily and make everything from scratch, a true salute to authentic Mexican tacos.

Sautéed shrimp tacos are a fan favorite, but John Colban, Authntk Operations Manager, recommends the Veggie Fiesta Bowl with Chips and Guacamole. Don’t skip the self-serve salsa bar, and a margherita!

3.
The Red Star

Off the beaten path in Fells Point, you’ll find The Red Star. The name is a throwback to sailors who stopped at Fells and followed the painted red stars on sidewalks to “a warm meal and cold ale.” Dark wood decor meets aged brick walls to support a hearty, nautical menu of red meat and fish, also featuring jambalaya.

A fan favorite is the Brussel Sprouts starter, made with your choice of Jalapeno Bacon & Apple Reduction or Garlic & Herbs.

YELP Review from Hannah S.

“I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this gem. Stumbled in last night for a beer and a little March Madness and I’m sold. BUT, not just for the average evening binge. I’m always looking for new spots to take customers and this is it. Sharp, sophisticated atmosphere with the classic Baltimore edge. High ceilings. Brick walls. Great beer selection. Fantastic service.”
