I sold two today with Authntk, that’s right, two! I’m pretty impressed with the fact that the first two I complete with your software ended up in the SOLD column. I want to send out a big thank you to John and the whole Authntk team!
The first thing we noticed after implementing video was the response. That's where it made a difference for us... it’s what moved them to purchase. It works best when the response time is immediate, they can see the car they're interested in immediately. 80% of our customers, whether they buy or not, say thank you for the video.

Sharing these videos with customers takes the trust factor out of the equation... They no longer have to take my word for it... I sell about 90% of the time when using a video. IT WORKS.
My goal is to roll it out to our salesmen in the dealerships because it's really important for the consumer to have that personalized touch. If you're looking at a very specific car, it’s very powerful for that salesperson to show the exact car they're looking for

It gives customers a firsthand look at the vehicle where pictures may not show their concerns. With video, you can show chips, scratches, stains, and you can get a personal relationship started with them. You can introduce yourself, they get gauge for who you are by the tone of your voice. So I feel like it's useful overall to put the customer at ease and making the experience warm and inviting.

A lot of customers really like the videos. Video has significantly increased just everything - the way that I work with customers, the way closing the numbers are, it's before and after the sale, everything gets a little bit easier, a little bit better when they like the videos.
There are always people that just don’t trust the service department. When you add in video, the transparency is just there, you can actually see it. Talking to someone and gaining trust is completely different than seeing it through a techs eyes.
